We believe that, whenever possible, economic policy should rest on objective knowledge of fact and not on subjective impressions. We are therefore committed to conducting the research that is based on scientific principles and concentrated on determining facts, and the connections among facts, that are important in dealing with major problems of economic policy. Collecting high-quality data on the Latvian economy is central to our research.
Our researchers work with the TeliaSonera Institute at the Stockholm School of Economic in Riga to collect a wide range of data about entrepreneurial processes in Latvia.
