An abstract of up to 125 words should precede the main text, accompanied by up to five key words and JEL classification.
  4. On the first page authors should provide all contact details: electronic mail address and full mailing address, as well as affiliation.
  5. In case of multiple authors, contact details and affiliation of all authors should be stated. The corresponding author should be indicated.

  7. All but very short mathematical expressions should be displayed on a separate line and centred. Equations should be numbered consecutively on the right margin, using Arabic numerals in parentheses.
  8. While we do not require authors to share the data used in the papers, we recommend doing so if possible.
  9. The author-date style of referencing is used. In-line references should be of the form Smith (2008) argues that…, Kroncke and Smith (1999, 2001) claim that… For a work having more than two authors use ‘et al.’, e.g. Smith et al. (1990). The letters a, b, c etc should be used to distinguish citations of different works by the same author in the same year, e.g. Smith (1975a). If the reference appears within parentheses it should be of the form: (see, for example, Smith, 2001).
  10. All works cited should be listed alphabetically by author after the main body of the text using the following style (journal names should not be abbreviated):
