Mihails Hazans

Research Associate

Dr. Mihails Hazans is a professor of econometrics at the University of Latvia and a research associate at BICEPS. Mihails has published on a broad range of labour market issues in Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, and Albania. He has served as an expert or consultant for OECD, World Bank, USAID, European Commission, ILO, and European Agency for Reconstruction. His research has been supported by numerous grants from Bank of Latvia, European Commission, and Global Development Network.
